1. Oakville Hydro residential and commercial customers aged nineteen (19) years or older that have an annual peak demand of less than 35 (kW) that receive paper bills from Oakville Hydro as of January 1, 2022 and that switch to paperless billing only with Oakville Hydro between February 1, 2022 to June 1, 2022 ("Eligible Customers") are eligible to receive a choice of e-gift card (value $10) from The Ultimate Dining e-promo card, Home depot e-gift card or TJX Canada e-gift card (some restrictions apply*).
   
   
2. Upon Oakville Hydro confirming the switch to paperless billing, our partner, ARM Marketing (oakvillehydro@getyourreward.ca) will email Eligible Customers a time-sensitive email with a link to choose their reward. Eligible Customers must click on the link to select their reward. They will then receive an email with link to download their reward. They can view, print or save their reward.
   
   
3. To receive a choice of $10 e-gift/e-promo card, Eligible Customers must click to download the reward within 30 days from the date of the reward email and use their reward in accordance with the terms of the e-gift/e-promo card provider. E-gift cards do not expire. E-promo cards expire within 90 days from the date of issue. Customers must use their e-promo card by the expiry date indicated on the card.
   
   
4. The reward redemption email will include instructions on how to redeem the reward. The e-gift/e-promo cards cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash.
   
   
5. Limit one reward per Oakville Hydro account for Eligible Customers. Lost, stolen, damaged or undeliverable rewards will not be replaced.
   
   
6. Recipients of the choice of $10 reward must remain on paperless billing only with Oakville Hydro for a period of one calendar year. Failure to do so may, at Oakville Hydro’s sole discretion, disqualify recipients from participating in other Oakville Hydro contests.
   
   
7. Oakville Hydro and its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives have no liability whatsoever for any personal loss, injury or damages arising from the Eligible Customers participation in this Promotion and use of the rewards
   
   
8. Oakville Hydro is not responsible for incomplete or delayed registrations resulting from technical failures of any kind including delayed Internet/email computer transmissions on the Internet or at any website. Incomplete or improperly submitted registrations will not be accepted.
   
   
9. Oakville Hydro reserves the right to a) amend or terminate this Promotion for any reason without notice, b) verify the validity of all registrations, and c) disqualify any participant who is ineligible or has violated any of these terms and conditions.
   
   
10. Any personal information provided in this promotion will only be used by Oakville Hydro and its partner, ARM Marketing for administering the Promotion. By registering from the Reward E-Card, you consent to release of your personal information to Oakville Hydro and ARM Marketing for that purpose, specifically your name and contact information.
